Cheryl was supportive and offered assistance even before we listed the house. She was working with the owner of the house next door and provided recommendations for a handyman etc. to help us prepare for listing the property.
Once we did invite her to talk to us about listing the property, she came with information and comps so we could make an informed decision regarding pricing. We met with Cheryl late in the afternoon on a Tuesday. Pictures were taken of the property on Thursday and the house was online by Friday with an open house advertised for Sunday. We sold the house that weekend after a busy open house and receiving multiple offers.
We were so impressed with the service Cheryl provided. We made it clear that we wanted the house soled quickly without pricing it too low. Cheryl went over all the comps, the plus and minuses of our property, and suggested the perfect listing price. Her expertise allowed us to accomplish our goal of selling quickly at a fair price. In addition, since we don’t live in the house or nearby, we appreciated Cheryl being at the house for inspections and contractors.
