Earning special professional designations and staying abreast of current market trends, marketing techniques and negotiation tactics, places her at the forefront of today’s competitive marketplace. “The best planned and executed Marketing program will not succeed if clients do not feel a sense of personal attention,” says Cheryl. “High tech also means High Touch and the client will always be the most important part of the Marketing mix.” Prior to earning her real estate license, 

Cheryl spent more than a decade working as a Sales and Marketing Manager and then another 10 years in the television industry where she successfully produced a variety of TV shows and documentaries. She earned many accolades and three Emmy Awards for her work on a children’s television show. Her passion for video marketing shines through today and providing community and neighborhood video presentations that help others fall in love with their home-to-be truly makes her heart sing. Born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Cheryl attended college at the University of Milwaukee and the University of Green Bay where she doubled majored in Theater and Communications with an emphasis on electronic media. 

Today, she enjoys all the benefits of the South Florida lifestyle including yoga, biking, hiking and kayaking, as well as anything that can be done in her favorite place of all, the beach. Staying grounded, Cheryl makes her family a priority and is the big sister to six siblings.
